Return and Refund Policy

Standard Products

Products that are not customized or personalized may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once your order has been confirmed and processed. Please check your design and order details carefully before submitting. These items are produced specifically for your request and cannot be resold, so all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Exceptions

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within days of delivery. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item. This exception applies both to standard and custom products.
